COMPANY

Built From Research.
Proven in Practice.

Peerceptiv was founded to solve a problem that research identified decades ago: people develop capability through practice and feedback, yet organizations rarely have a scalable way to support or measure it.

THE RESEARCH

Grounded In Decades of Evidence

Peerceptiv emerged from more than two decades of research at the University of Pittsburgh's Learning Research & Development Center. Across thousands of learners and dozens of institutions, one finding consistently stood out: people learn more deeply by evaluating and discussing each other's work. Peerceptiv exists to bring that evidence-based approach to enterprise learning.

WHY THAT MATTERS

Why That Matters

Peerceptiv exists because organizations need better ways to develop, validate, and measure capability.

01
Research gives us confidence.

We don't guess what helps people learn. Our platform is grounded in decades of research on practice, feedback, and demonstrated capability.

02
Enterprise experience makes it practical.

We've translated learning science into workflows organizations can actually deploy across onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and workforce readiness.

03
Everything starts with evidence.

If we can't measure capability, we don't claim it. Every workflow is designed to generate meaningful evidence of performance, not just completion.
